Identify Needs
We start by assessing your firm’s needs, looking at your team’s current makeup, the format and structure of your candidate packages and the delivery process. We collaborate to establish a set of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as the basis for performance evaluation. We also identify milestones and bonus objectives.
A percentage of our compensation is tied to meeting or exceeding these mutually agreed-upon performance metrics.
Onboarding Process
Weekly or bi-weekly check-ins are scheduled to ensure that processes are being followed, deliverables are being met, and goals are on target.
Quarterly Evaluations
We measure success through end-of-quarter evaluations of the individual KPIs in your contract. This often includes data to confirm number of candidate sources and interviews completed, as well as the candidate offer-accept ratios. Quarterly evaluations will help you easily measure your ROI.
Contract Renewal
Our initial six-month contract term is half of what most RPO firms require. When the trial six-month period ends, you can re-up in increments of six months or more.

Our goal is to maintain continuity in our services. We often promote sourcers to senior recruiters to maintain a strong team that’s consistently aligned with your needs.
