Recruiter 2 (R2)
Second level staff (or R2) can perform a higher level of data research than R1s, and can administer pre-qualifications, check educational verifications, references and data integrity, as well as evaluate skills tests. Greater English fluency enables them to perform more over-the-phone work directly with English-speaking candidates.

Recruiter 3 (R3)
R3s are full-desk recruiters, both in language proficiency and experience in the staffing business. They possess R1 and R2 skills, plus the ability to interview, negotiate, and close candidates with US-based clients.
