Our Team

An industry veteran bringing over 15 years of experience in US Technical Consulting, Rio most recently served as Vice President at KForce Inc. Previously, he worked as Senior Specialist at Qualcomm, and National Account Director at Kineticom.

With a client base that includes national brands such as Sprint, AT&T, and T-Mobile, to name a few, Rio has proven to be a dedicated and passionate leader.

Rio lives in San Diego with his wife Larysa and two children, Ronan & Bellamy. When not at work, he coaches youth sports and enjoys taking his dogs for runs on the beach.

Magne is a proud graduate of Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila (PLM) under the BS Business Administration major in Management program. He also graduated from the University of the East (UE) with a degree in BS Accountancy with a Computer-based Accounting System. He is a CPA and is currently taking up Doctor of Law (JD program) at Polytechnic University of the Philippines (PUP). His experience and knowledge of business and law help the organization on taxation, accounting, and compliance. Magne Joined RPOI in June 2019 and oversees Finance, HR, Operations, and Legal. Magne likes to cook with his wife Ems when he is off the clock.

After earning a bachelor’s Degree in Luxury Management in Paris, Laetitia Meriguet moved back to Manila and worked as Brand Ambassador for Jewelmer. serving VIP clients in Manila or at International Trade Shows.  She helped launch RPOI in the Philippines as Managing Director for business affairs, specializing in Recruitment and Technology management for the company.

While Laetitia loves city life, she calls the beach her “happy place,” where she can dive, surf and do yoga.

A native of Sweden, Filip moved to Manila to manage a large network operation, and started his own IT consulting firm not long after.

Since the launch of RPOI, he has served as Director of Technical Operations and the Lead Technical Advisor to US-based Projects.

During his off hours, Filip is a scuba diver & attends Tech Trainings.
